Parking spot in Bright

• Bronzewing fossicking both on the way out and on the way back today
• Spotted a ormorant flying along Morses Creek 
• Two families of ducklings still around Morses Creek. One clutch still fluffy, the other very much in adult plumage now.
  

At home

• Friar birds in the garden again in numbers. Really noisy today!
  
• Spinebills around in the side grevillea, and lots of calls this afternoon
  
• Magpie juvies still following adults around
  

Other notes

• The big gum tree in the children's playground in Bright has fallen into the river. Huge rootball but not very deep. No wind or rain, so it just... fell.
• Still have a big Saunders' case moth in the side grevillea, it's bigger than it was last wek, with some new green sticks attached to the case
• Paper wasps are building a paper nest on the gas cylinder pipe
